Service delivers psychological therapy to justice involved groups.

Service delivers through-the-gate working.

3.

Service has established and developed care pathways linking different agencies both within and outside of the prison.

Service has established and developed joint care plans/formulations between health and criminal justice agencies.

5.

Service is involving peers to offer/deliver support.

6.

Service is preparing and supporting people coming to the end of an intervention/therapy.
